Cancellations, No-Show, Late Cancellations Policy

When you schedule your appointment(s) with us, you agree to these policies. All services require a $50 deposit towards skin care treatments and Packages to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.
If you book via telephone, you authorize Radiance Skin Care Clinic to take the deposit over the phone.
Clients have up to 24 hours before their appointment to cancel for a full refund or reschedule the appointment.
Late Cancellation: We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Failure to do so will result in clients foregoing their $50 non-refundable deposit.
No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will require you to pay the amount of 50% of the entire service.

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards and packages are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. (Gift cards and packages may be purchased at Radiance Skin Care Clinic or Online).
They may be used for any skincare service or products at the Clinic and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards will expire 3 months from the purchase date.
Packages of 3 Treatments expire in 3 months. Packages of 6 Treatments expire in 6 months.
